PVG Parts & Components

Danfoss PVG is a hydraulics load sensing proportional valve designed to give maximum flexibility. Basically, it distributes oil from pump flow to a particular work function in the application via a specific valve section by moving the spool. Its modular system makes it possible to build up a valve group to meet requirements specifically suited for a particular application, from a simple load sensing directional valve to an advanced electrically controlled load-independent proportional valve. It is developed to increase application efficiency, reducing cooling requirements and fuel saving compared to conventional directional control valves. Its flexibility enables the assembly to stack up to 12 sections or to be used as combi with the rest of the PVG family. Such possibilities enable users to save on hoses/steel fittings thus achieving overall saving in installation cost. It complexness & light weight as an assembly also save space, which at times is a premium in machine design.
