Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. You can see your order is safely on its way and make accurate plans based on its exact time of arrival
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs except insurance (enhance liability) is optional as per request. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise that you group your items in one order mainly to save shipping cost, as cost of shipping is measured by weight. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please note that order received after 3pm on a working Friday will only be processed on the next working day.
Return Policy
Product Return Authorisation (PRA)
We want you to be entirely happy and satisfied with everything you purchased from us, we offer our returns guarantee.
All parts must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days. However, you will receive full refund if there was a shipping mistake.
When returning parts, please follow these steps:
- Drop an email request to sng@pvglobal.com.sg with the subject as Request for a PRA # and you will receive an acknowledgement within 1 business day
- Use shipping method which provides a tracking number. Send parts to the following address:
