Terms and conditions of use

Please read these terms carefully as they are the terms under which the customer ("you") agrees to purchase products ("the products") from PV Global Pte Ltd 'websale address' ("the Company"). No other terms or representations shall form part of these terms unless agreed in writing between you and the Company. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Purchasing from us

2.1
Ordering at ‘Websale Address” is fast and secure. To place your order just need to follow the steps indicated on-line.
2.2
The appearance of the products on this website is an invitation to you to make an offer for their purchase by placing an order with the Company. The Company has the right to refuse orders and no contract will subsist between you and the Company unless and until the Company accepts your order by e-mail (whether or not you receive that e-mail) and dispatches the products to you.
2.3
The products are subject to availability. If the Company does not supply the products to you for any reason, the Company will not charge you for these products and will refund any money already paid. However, the Company will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if the Company does not supply the products.

You do not own the products until we receive payment in full.

Delivery

3.1
Orders received before 3pm GMT will generally be dispatched the same day. For orders received after 3pm GMT, we endeavour to dispatch your order to you by the next working day (not including Singapore Public Holidays) after the date you place your order, subject to the receipt of cleared funds (please allow three (3) working days for cheques to clear). However, because delay is sometimes outside of the Company's control, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. As such, the Company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the products. If you have not received the products within 14 days you may contact the Company by email quoting your order reference number and cancel that order. The Company will refund any money paid by you in relation to that order.
3.2
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products on receipt. The Company will not be liable for loss or damage during transit unless you notify the Company in writing (including email) of the nature of the damage within 7 working days of the date of delivery. The liability of the Company will be limited to the replacement of products damaged or lost, and will credit you with the value of lost or damaged products at the Company's discretion. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for consequential loss or damage arising from loss or damage occurring in the course of carriage.

Pricing, your Right to Cancel & Returns

4.1
The prices for the products are as indicated on the website and these prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude GST unless indicated but exclude any applicable sales tax and duty. All prices are subject to changes without notice.
4.2
The cost of any order must be paid by you up-front by a credit or debit card acceptable by PayPal. We also accept cheques for local customers alternatively, remittance via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) is also acceptable.
4.3
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
4.4
Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down. If for this, or any other reason a product is not acceptable, the Company must be notified in writing (including email) within 14 working days of receipt, and the product may be returned for a full refund to your credit/debit card account. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4.5
We hope you will be happy with your order but we will accept the return of any WRONGFULLY ORDERED products within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. WRONGFULLY ORDERED products must be returned with their order number and documentation. The customer is responsible for the cost of return (include bank charges incurred on both sides & cost of shipping) and this cost is non-refundable. Please communicate via email sng@pvglobal.com.sg

Any product returned to us must be in its original condition. If it appears to have been used it will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
4.7
The Company will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s).
4.8
If the Customer requires the products to be collected, the cost of this collection will be borne by the Customer.

If you require an alternative item please place a new order on our website.
5.

Availability

5.1
All goods offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we may fill that part of your order for which stock is available.
6.

Defective or Unsuitable Products

6.1
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products on receipt. The Company will not be liable for loss or damage during transit unless you notify the Company of the nature of the damage within 7 working days of the date of delivery.
6.2
There will be no refund or exchange for damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We reserve the right to credit the Customer with the value of lost or damaged products at our sole discretion.
6.3
The Company's liability in respect of any defective product is limited to its replacement and its cost of return.
